At Northern Concrete, we stand behind each foundation that we pour. Through research and experience, we select systems and products that we believe are the best.

For example, we use Form-A-Drain® on all of our foundations. We have concluded that it’s the best drainage system around. Form-A-Drain® is a complete, permanently installed system that forms footings, drains foundations, and provides a sub-slab perimeter radon reduction system. It was designed and

Form-A-Drain® is a patented system of components, manufactured from PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material using high content of recycled materials, in 12-foot lengths. Complete accessories are available. The system has been called a breakthrough because of its many advantages. The lineal sections are installed as the foundation footing forms for residential basement applications. Upon completion of the concrete pour, the system stays permanently in place and performs the function of a foundation drainage system. It is also an effective method for reducing radon, since it is a sub-slab perimeter system that forms a complete loop around the foundation.

We follow best industry practices, such as providing plenty of control joints and sealing all control joints and ties with highly effective waterproofing products. Our waterproofing system is backed by a 10-year warranty.
